Our induction training is carefully crafted by our in-house trainer to give you a comprehensive introduction to the world of being a franchise owner. Our intention is not to over burden you with too much information and we certainly won’t keep you in the class room for weeks and weeks – we want you selling and growing your business as soon as possible.
We Get You Up And Running Quickly
Your training with Travelosophers depends on your Membership Package. For Elite Travelosophers, you will enjoy a 3-day induction course which offers an introduction to many of the important building blocks for your new business. We will cover a variety of topics including our brand, our processes and our procedures, and we will also introduce you to all the systems you will have access to and most importantly we will teach you how to begin building your business with our simplified marketing approach. Once complete we allow you to start trading and we supplement this training with ongoing activities including webinars, specialist masterclasses, a learning portal and frequent contact with your dedicated Business Development Manager as well as our own internal Training and Development Manager. For those entering on our Pro Plus or Pro Package, you will benefit from an in-depth 4 week virtual training course with our in-house Training & Development Manager.
Dedicated Business Development Manager
Each Travelosopher will be assigned a dedicated Business Development Manager whose responsibility will be to ensure that you are always on the right path in terms of growing your business and skills. In this way, your training journey is never static and your Business Development Manager will be able to tailor their training suggestions to you.
Ongoing Training
Our induction training is intentionally short so that we do not create an information overload however we do place a big focus on ongoing training for our Travelosophers. You will have access to a full range of learning opportunities, from supplier webinars to skilled marketing masterclasses and much, much more you will never be short of learning opportunities that will directly impact the success of your business.
Learning Portal
We know that the life of a business owner is not always predictable and that making time for learning and training can involve a lot of planning and sacrifice. That’s why we have invested in a Learning Management System that will host many educational resources for you to discover in one centralised and convenient location.
