Abta
Your clients can book with confidence in the knowledge that we are a Member of ABTA which means they have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct, with all package and flight-plus holidays that we sell covered by a supplier failure scheme.
Atol
All package holidays that we sell will either be covered under our own ATOL (0891) or indeed the ATOL number for the 3rd Party Operator who has been used to book the package. ATOL is a financial protection scheme that is controlled by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and should an ATOL operator fail, the CAA will ensure that the customer is not left out of pocket or left stranded abroad.
Secure Travel Booking System
Our travel booking system contains an integrated payment gateway, giving you the option to take payments directly from the system, against a specific booking, in a seamless and secure manner whether it be credit card, debit card or American Express. Furthermore the system is a standards compliant platform for storing and managing sensitive customer data as demanded by Data Protection and GDPR laws.
