Requirements: Limited places are available for the September induction. A £1,000 deposit is required to secure your place. This is returned to you at the end of your first 24 months with us.
Who is the training for: People that are new to the travel industry and have little to no experience in selling holidays. You must display an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive and determination to build a successful travel business.
Details of the Training: Our comprehensive induction programme will cover all aspects of running your own successful travel agency business.
There will be a series of pre-induction videos for you to watch with tasks to complete that will ensure you can hit the ground running when your Induction training begins.
Your training will be delivered via a combination of virtual sessions with our Training & Development Manager and guided self-study through our LMS platform. You will spend 10 days learning virtually in a small group environment where we will cover:
- An Introduction to Travel
- Your Business Start-Up
- Building your business
- The Sales Process
- Systems and Procedures
You will then be assigned tasks to complete which will help to develop your knowledge of the suppliers and products that we use, along with modules on our learning portal.
Upon completion of the training course, you will have an interview with our Head of National Sales and then you are good to go and sell!
